If you do not have one, we can refer you to a lawyer who handles these types of transactions regularly and can complete the legal work efficiently. The cost of legal representation is yours to arrange and is standard in every Ontario property sale.

We buy tenanted properties and handle the tenant situation ourselves after the purchase closes. You are not responsible for managing that transition or initiating any eviction process. Whether your tenants are paying rent, in arrears, or have a fixed-term lease, we assess the situation during our review and account for it in our offer.
