Work directly with homeowners to evaluate properties, prepare offer packages, and guide sellers through our process from first contact to close. Strong communication skills and attention to detail required. Experience in real estate or sales is an asset.
Run comparable sales analysis, assess renovation costs, and support our acquisitions team with accurate property valuations across Ontario markets. Familiarity with Ontario real estate data and renovation pricing preferred.
