Work directly with homeowners: evaluate properties, prepare offer packages and guide sellers through our process from first contact to closing.
What you’ll do
Be the first person a homeowner talks to
Gather property details and prepare offer packages
Keep each sale on track from offer to closing day
You’ll be a good fit if
Strong communication and attention to detail. Experience in real estate or sales is an asset.
Support acquisitions with accurate valuations across Ontario markets: comparable sales, renovation costs and the numbers behind every offer.
What you’ll do
Run comparable sales analysis
Estimate renovation and carrying costs
Turn the numbers into a clear recommendation
You’ll be a good fit if
Familiarity with Ontario real estate data and renovation pricing preferred.
Own our digital presence across SEO, content, paid campaigns and social, and grow the number of Ontario homeowners and buyers who find us.
What you’ll do
Plan and write guides, tools and pages that rank
Run and measure paid campaigns
Track what brings in enquiries and do more of it
You’ll be a good fit if
Strong writing skills and a data-driven mindset.
