There are no real estate commissions, listing fees, service charges, or processing fees when you sell to PrivateDeals. The number on the purchase agreement is the amount that flows to your lawyer and ultimately to you, subject only to the standard adjustments that apply to any Ontario property sale such as property tax and utility prorations calculated to the closing date. You are not responsible for repairs, staging costs, or cleaning before closing. We will evaluate whether advance funding is an option and explain the terms clearly. These issues do not stop us from making an offer and purchasing your home. We factor the cost of remediation and repair into our assessment and price accordingly. No. Closing is handled by your lawyer. You will sign the required documents in advance at your lawyer's office, and certified funds are delivered to your lawyer's trust account on the closing date. You do not need to be at the property or present at any specific location on the day itself. Your lawyer will notify you once the funds have been received and the transaction is complete.

We buy tenanted properties and handle the tenant situation ourselves after the purchase closes. You are not responsible for managing that transition or initiating any eviction process. Whether your tenants are paying rent, in arrears, or have a fixed-term lease, we assess the situation during our review and account for it in our offer.
